Although it is a part of life and especially apart of life online, stuff happens. As much as we try to avoid mishaps, mistakes and issues, ocassionally things can go wrong. Here at Log Cabin Fever Gifts & Decor we feel it's important to handle those unforseen problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our main concerns are 1. customer service satifaction and 2. great products at great prices. So we do all we can to go the extra mile. After all, without you, the customer, we aren't here doing business!

- Hello Kim,
I wanted to thank you and your team at Cabin Fever Gifts! I recently order a few items one being a canteen. When I received my order the items were packed with care. Unfortunately there was no strap for the canteen. I was a little disappointed but figured it would be more of a hassle to attempt to contact someone at your business and attempt to resolve the issue.
I was completely floored when I received it in the mail a few days later with your handwritten note explaining that your team ( one of the gals ) was concerned that it may have been inadvertently left out of the order. I am impressed beyond belief at that level of customer concern and satisfaction. It is a real tribute to you and the values your business instills in its team members (gals) .

- Kim: In today's economy I hate that you didn't have me send the broken thermometer back but I understand what u are saying about the shipping....every dollar counts. I called over the weekend to see if it had shipped yet, since my husband is due home soon from Iraq and I am setting up his half of the bathroom to surprise him. Thank you for the darling ornaments you surprised me with. They will be put to good use, as I like to attach ornaments when I wrap special packages at Christmas. The package arrived in plenty of time, and the gifts were a hit with everyone. You may remember, when we spoke the conversation turned to Bend,Oregon and what an awesome place it is (in my opinion). I'm sending a photo of "my" river, as well as "my" elk. The river I see out my window every day, but the elk are a bit more elusive. Last December a whole herd came to visit ~ there were about 100 of them. We counted 60 at one time, then they moved on and more came behind them. They left lots of "evidence", but it's all gone now. Take care ~ hope you get a chance to visit here ~ every season is wonderful in its own way.

I am sorry it has taken me so long to write this email. A couple of months ago, I ordered some shower curtain hooks from Cabin Fever Gifts. Unfortunately, 2 of the hooks were broken when they arrived. I was disappointed, but mostly because of the expected hassel of returning/exchanging them. I called and spoke with you. Kim, you solved the problem in a way that was easy for me, and the least expensive for everyone, by the time you factor in shipping costs, etc. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your excellent, customer-focused, customer service.
