  • Hello Kim, I wanted to thank you and your team at Cabin Fever Gifts! I recently order a few items one being a canteen. When I received my order the items were packed with care. Unfortunately there was no strap for the canteen. I was a little disappointed but figured it would be more of a hassle to attempt to contact someone at your business and attempt to resolve the issue. I was completely floored when I received it in the mail a few days later with your handwritten note explaining that your team ( one of the gals ) was concerned that it may have been inadvertently left out of the order. I am impressed beyond belief at that level of customer concern and satisfaction. It is a real tribute to you and the values your business instills in its team members (gals) .   • Hi Kim ~ Thank you for the darling ornaments you surprised me with. They will be put to good use, as I like to attach ornaments when I wrap special packages at Christmas. The package arrived in plenty of time, and the gifts were a hit with everyone. You may remember, when we spoke the conversation turned to Bend,Oregon and what an awesome place it is (in my opinion). I'm sending a photo of "my" river, as well as "my" elk. The river I see out my window every day, but the elk are a bit more elusive. Last December a whole herd came to visit ~ there were about 100 of them. We counted 60 at one time, then they moved on and more came behind them. They left lots of "evidence", but it's all gone now.
